We’re a sociable running club and we’re happy for members to bring dogs along to social runs, as long as it works for everyone.
Dogs are allowed on social runs only (not coached sessions, races, or any run marked “no dogs”).
Dogs must be kept under control at all times — short leads only (hands-free leads preferred) where appropriate.
Owners are fully responsible for their dog before, during, and after the run.
Please always clean up after your dog.
Your dog must be friendly, calm, and comfortable around people and other dogs. No aggressive, reactive, or disruptive behaviour.
If a dog is causing safety issues or disrupting the group, the run leader may ask the owner to leave.
The club committee can restrict or ban dogs (including individual dogs) from runs if needed to keep everyone safe and happy.
We love running with dogs — let’s just make sure it stays safe, fun, and considerate for all.
