AGM 2009
The AGM will be held on Sunday 25th January 2009 at Woodley
hall, starting at 7.30pm.
Bring your own refreshments and nibbles!
This is Your chance to have your say and listen to the committee's
view of 2008.
If you have any items that you would like added to the agenda, then
please let the secretary
know by Friday 23rd January.
We also need a volunteer to take and type up the minutes. If you
haven't had a chance to contribute to the club this season then
this is your opportunity. (Again please let the secretary know).
The highlight of the evening is the awarding of the coveted 'Club
person of the year' award. An honour at least on a par with the
BBC's SPOTY (except that you don't have to be Scottish or have won
an Olympic medal). This award is voted for by you, the club members.
In the past I have sent out voting slips for you to complete and
send back. This year we move into the Web 2.0 era and will be holding
an online vote.
All you have to do is click on the voting button below and your
choice will be magically processed.
There may be a couple of people who aren't connected to the internet.
If you know of any club members who do not have access then please
print the voting form off for them and ask them to deliver it directly
to the clubhouse.
Voting closes on Friday 23rd January at 6pm.
Voting is now closed
